A workout/skill development called 'squat therapy'!  What a choice eh?

Well we just finished the second new class on Wednesday!  And what a time the rest of you missed! 

Brenda - chose to challenge yourself to a 5K! She did it nonstop and in great time (41 minutes!!!).

Debbie - chose 'squat therapy'.  Ask her about it the next time you see her, she had great gains of knowledge and ability in her squat!  Also ask her how many different things there are to pay attention to in the squat, you might be surprised!

Cathy & Lee - also ran the 5 K with great times near the 30 minute mark!
