Remember back when most of you started this journey.............

AMRAP (as many reps as possible) - 1 minute per station, 1 minute rest in between rounds, for three rounds

Air squat
Push Press
Medicine ball clean
Rope climb
 
This work out was created on December 18th, 2008.  A special day as I recall, Stacey had quite a workout also....................We will now call it the 'BTA' WOD since it wasted everyone, much like Benjamin will!
