WOD

Lets bring in spring with a game of CrossFit Baseball!  I am sure you will love it.  It will be a timed team WOD with the most home runs winning the game of course!

What is this you ask?

Home base - box jumps
1st base - burpees
2nd base - thrusters
3rd base - pullups
AMRAP - 12 minutes

 

On Ramp

5 rounds;
7 wallballs
7 pushups
7 body rows

or

10 wallballs
5 pushups
