Find something 18" above your tiptoe reach and complete 3 rounds for time of:
25 Jump and touch
20 Squats
15 Sit-ups
10 Push-ups
5 Pull-ups

scale is; less of a jump and only doing 2 rounds

On Ramp

10 reps Medicine Ball Deadlift
10 reps Push Press
