Basic Elements Class

At CrossFit Estes Park we require the completion of either a 4 week On Ramp Program or a 3 hour Basic Elements class before participating in regular CrossFit workouts. CrossFit workouts utilize many different techniques that may not be familiar to everyone. By learning to execute these techniques correctly you will be able to workout successfully while avoiding injury and at the same time gradually 'ramp up' to condition your body for regular group CrossFit classes.  We routinely experience people coming to train with us that feel they are already 'in shape' and do not feel they need  to ramp up.  Think again!  

The 'On Ramp" cost is $120 and the Basic Elements class is $150 both will cover the nine basic movements of CrossFit: squat, front squat, overhead squat - press, push press, push jerk - deadlift, sumo high pull deadlift, and the medicine ball clean.

We ask that you commit to at least 2 of the 3 classes On Ramp classes per week, if you can make all 3 you will be that much better prepared for regular CrossFit classes!  The Basic Element Class can scheduled to meet your schedule. 

Next Basic Element Class is available anytime in February!

The 3 hour Basic Element class, covers the nine basic movements of CrossFit: squat, front squat, overhead squat - press, push press, push jerk - deadlift, sumo high pull deadlift, and the medicine ball clean. This program also includes an unlimited month of classes.

Class Times:

  • 3 hour Basic Elements Class will be scheduled according to trainer and prospective members' availability.
