Happy Thanksgiving! Now let’s prep for turkey (and gravy and rolls and butter and jelly and cranberry sauce and pie and...) Buy in: All team members once around the clock burpee style... Then; Group WOD 2-3 people per group: Two people will work at any one time. In this workout there are 5 rounds of 50 reps, then 40 reps, then 30, then 20, then finishing with 10 reps.
