Monday September 4

At call of 3-2-1 Go, 

Athlete 1 will complete 13 Burpees while their partner, Athlete 2 rests. 

Once 13 are completed, then Athlete 2 does the remaining 12 Burpees while Athlete 1 rests. 

Once all 25 Burpees are completed, both Athletes will run 1000m together. Once they complete their run, they will have to complete 4 sets of 

5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, and 15 Air Squats. 

This will be done in a you go, I go style. Athlete 1 will do their 5-10-15 while Athlete 2 rests and then Athlete 2 will complete their set of 5-10-15 while Athlete 1 rests. The each will complete 2 sets of that for a total of 4 sets. Once all 4 sets are complete, the Athletes will move back to their Burpees for their second round and continue in the same fashion. Once all 4 rounds are complete, time will be called.
