Then;

Group WOD 2-3 people per group:

Two people will work at any one time. In this workout there are 5 rounds of 50 reps, then 40 reps, then 30, then 20, then finishing with 10 reps. Finish all reps in a set before starting next set.  Two team members will complete both exercises whilst a 3rd team member rests, and then they will rotate as needed.  Kettlebell swings 35/25/15 lbs Pull-Ups After finishing the 5 rounds,  team members will rest for 2 minutes, and then they will complete 5 more rounds of 50, 40, 30, 20 and 10 reps of: Push ups Box Jumps (24″/20″)
