Team Thanksgiving WOD

There is only one, 8:30 AM class today. 

‘Math is Fun!’

Teams of 3 will attain 1000 points selecting any combination of the following movements:

Sit-up  - 1 point

Squat - 2 points 

Pull-up - 3 points

Hollow rock - 4 points

Burpee - 5 points

Then once 1,000 points is achieved, the team will do a group ‘Randy’ (75, 55/75 lb power snatches) if any member needs to do less weight, then it is a 2:1 rep sub.
