20-20 Partner WOD 200 m Run 20 ea Box Jumps (24/20 in) 20 ea Pull-Ups 20 ea Kettlebell Swings (1/.75 pood) 20 ea Walking Lunge Steps 20 ea Knees-to-Elbows 20 ea Push Presses (45/35 lb) 20 ea Back Extensions 20 ea Partner Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb) 20 ea Sit ups 20 ea Burpees 20 ea Double-Unders Each partner does 20 reps. All 40 reps of each movement must be complete before moving to the next. The movements can be completed in any order
