then 2 rounds of-

10 squats

10 pushups

10 lunges

10 kb swings


wod:

Tabata round of-

jumping jacks - set a minimum goal and maintain! (Higher than 3, people!)


rest 1 minute


Tabata round of-

situps


a Tabata round is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds, equaling 4 minutes total.
