Somewhere else wod
I’m sure all if not most of you are somewhere other than home, but there’s good news!
1- it’s snowing at home!
2- you can still workout!
We will start with something simple and work up from there through next week.
Scale: elevated your pushups on the hotel/Airbnb/friends dresser. If it’s a little higher than you’re used to then double the pushups in the rep scheme above. Don’t like sit-ups without ab mat? Roll up a towel, make it very compact, or sub hollow holds or you know what’s even better? Hollow rocks!
