warm up:

4 squats

3 jump and touches in a doorway

6 Superman’s

3 standing touch your toes

4 single leg hops - each side (except Pat & Gloria!)


wod:

21-18-15-12-9-6-3

lunges

bench dips (use kitchen chairs or edge of couch, no cushions)

in between each set do 6 jumping jacks (ie: 21 lunges 21 dips 6 jacks, then 18 lunges 18 dips 6 jacks, etc)


scale: start at 18
