Warm up-

10 lunges

10 stair steps

10 empty handed kb snatches each side (swing pull punch!)

10 sec hollow holds


Wod-

35 squats (it’s our home base, right?)

35 pushups

35 jumping jacks (yay, you’re home!)

35 dips

35 Superman’s (cuz you’re ready to fly if need be, right?)

35 sit-ups

(give me some people’s, that was pretty creative writing...)
