At gym wod

7-9 am

So, it looks like we will be going inside dinner than we expected! We are going to try an indoor wod.

We will use both the gym and dojo to insure social distancing. Please remember while inside the building you must wear a mask, even while working out.


Using pvc we will work on the hang power snatch, power snatch and snatch. Once you have the points of performance you will do 25 perfect reps of the movement signed to you by the trainer!
